Last January 28, 2010, we had our observation in Pansol Elem. School during the general demo of the INTERNS,. me and my other 2 co- observers from 2b were assigned to Miss Aubrey Ayerba, who assigned in Gr.1 students under Ma'am Cantos. She had a wonderful visual materials, she memorized the sequence of lesson, and she had a good activity to the pupils that developed the cooperative skills of each. But the only weakness of her that I can sight was; she forgot to avoid speaking Tagalog, and her voice was not loud or cannot catch the attention of the learners during the activity, and she always says the word "OK"-- she cannot avoid it. But at the end of the lesson or the demonstration most of the students got higher scores in the evaluation....Thanks GOD hindi s'ya RETEACH..hehehe..
After the general demo my groupmates and I decided to have our observation in the afternoon because it was announced by the principal that they will not have their classes on the following day because they were in the seminar.
The students of my cooperating teacher were about to have their PE but, unfortunately the foot of my student- Mary Rose- was accidentally sliced by a piece of broken bottle that was found in their playing area. So, I as my duty to them, I agve her the first aid, natawa pa nga ako kay Jon- jon sabi nya "uy si ma"am naging nurse na", ganun pala yung feeling kapag first time na nakapagbigay ng first aid sa estudyante,hehehehe,...and after that some them ask me "Ma'am turuan mo naman po kame sa math" so, what did I do?, I did not rejected their request, I teach them and after giving them some ideas we, as in we had a games outside..Ganun talaga kasi sa kanila kapag afternoon ng last day nila sa School they were allowed to have their recreational activities..
I am so happy that day because that day was the day we came back to PES and the students did not forget us...A very nice experiences was happened to me on this day--January 28, 2010.
